A joint project for Amot Investments Ltd. (50%) and Allied Real Estate Ltd. (50%) for the design and construction of an office and commercial project built on a 75,000 sqm plot of upper space for marketing; 62,000 sqm of office space and 13,000 sqm of commercial spaces with home-style characteristics. The 52-story building will be built in accordance with the LEED Platinum certification for green, economical and modern construction. In addition, the project includes parking lots with 1,000 parking spaces.

The project is located in Bnei Brak’s northern business complex, adjacent to Hayarkon Park, Ramat Hachayal and Ayalon Mall. The project investment is estimated by the parties at NIS 1.4 billion.

The project is now in the final phase of the shell and finishes in the public areas.
