SHIMON ABUDRAHAM
CEO
Mr. Abudraham has been serving as the CEO of Amot since September 2020. Previously, between the years 2016-2020, he served as the CEO of Amot's subsidiary, Amot Real Estate Enterprise & Development Ltd, the Company's entrepreneurship, development & construction arm. Between 2008 and 2016, Mr. Abudraham served as an engineer and Chief Engineering Officer of Amot Investments. Previously, he managed the Construction Division at Rassco. Mr. Abudraham holds a bachelor’s degree (B.sc) in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree (M.R.E) in Real Estate from the Technion.
JUDITH ZYNGER
DEPUTY CEO AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ms. Zinger has been serving as Amot Investments' Deputy CEO since September 2020, in parallel to her role as the Company's Chief Financial Officer since November 2010. Between 2006 and 2010 she served as the Company's Director of Finance. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Metro Motor Marketing (1981) Ltd. Ms. Zinger is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Hebrew University.
ALON MARMELSHTEIN
VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Marmelshtein has been serving as the VP of Business Development for the company since May 1, 2023. From November 2018 until April 2023, Mr. Marmelshtein served as the CEO of the Real Estate division at Colmobil Group. Between the years 2012 to 2018, he served as the VP of Business Development at the Meshulam Levinstein Group. Previously, he served as the manager of initiation and appraisals in AMOT company for about six years. in this roles, he managed processes of acquiring profitable assets, lands for residential projects, and developing urban renewal complexes. Mr. Marmelshtein is a certified land appraiser and holds a bachelor's degree in Management and a master's degree in business administration, both from Ben Gurion University.
UDI MAMAN
VP OF ENGINEERING
Mr. Maman serves as VP of Engineering in the company starting March 2022. Before that, he served as chief engineer in the company for about a year and a half. Until November 2020 he served as a regional manager at Electra Construction Ltd. where he worked for about 14 years. Mr. Maman is a civil engineer, graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Ariel University.
YISHAI SHMERLING
VP OPERATIONS
Mr. Shmerling serves as VP Operations of the company as of September 2022. Between 2020 to September 2022, Mr. Shmerling served as VP of Resources and a member of the board at the Shikun & Binui Group. From 2015 to 2020, he served as VP of Procurement, Logistics and Operations at Phoenix Insurance Company. Previously, he held senior management positions in the areas of procurement, collection and credit control at Bezeq International. Mr. Schmerling is a real estate appraiser, a graduate of the College of Management.
OSNAT HOCHMAN-GERHARD
CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL
Ms. Hochman-Gerhard has been serving as Legal Advisor and Company Secretary since December 2005. She has previously served as an attorney in the Company’s legal department. Ms. Hochman-Gerhard holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from Tel Aviv University, as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). She has been a member of the Israel Bar since 1992.

CHIEF CONTROLLER
Mr. Weiss has been serving as the Company’s Chief Controller since September 2017. Between 2010 and 2017 he served as the Company's Controller . Mr. Weiss is a certified CPA, he holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University.
BATEL LACHMI-COHEN
CONTROLLER
Ms. Lachmi-Cohen is serving as the Company's Controller since September 2017. Previously, Ms. Lachmi-Cohen served as the Company`s Deputy Controller. Formerly, she served as the Audit Manager at the leading Accounting Firm, Deloitte. Ms. Lachmi-Cohen is a certified CPA; she holds a BA in Economics, Business Administration and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
DANA HEN
Director of Human Resources and Customer Experience
Ms. Chen has been serving as the Director of Human Resources and Customer Experience at the company since November 2023. Ms. Chen has extensive experience in the fields of human resources and organizational development, which she acquired during her work at the construction-development companies A. Dori Construction and Amos Luzon Group, and in her most recent role as VP of Human Resources and Operations at Rom Geves. Ms. Chen holds a bachelor's degree in Management and Sociology from the Open University and a master's degree in Organizational Consulting and Development from the College of Management.

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Mr. Hetz has been serving as chairman of the Board since August 2005. As one of the founders of Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd, Mr. Hetz has been serving as a member of Alony Hetz Board of Directors and the company's CEO since its inception in November 1989.Mr. Hetz further serves as a member of the Board of Directors at CARR Properties Corp.; First Capital Reality Inc., and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Energix Renewable Energies Ltd. Mr. Hetz in a certified public accountant (CPA). He holds a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Economics and Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Wertheim has been serving as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since August 2005, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd.Since November 1996. Mr. Wertheim further serves as a member of the Board of Carr Properties Corp.; PSP Swiss Property AG and Energix Renewable Energies Ltd. Previously, among his other occupations, he served as Chairman of the Board of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank and as partner in the leading accounting firm Almagor & Co. Mr. Wertheim is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of Management - Academic Studies.

Mr. Barzilay has been serving as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since August 2005. Mr. Barzilay serves as Chief Business Development Officer of Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd. and is a member of the Board of Directors at Carr Properties Corp. and companies jointly owned by Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd. and Oxford Properties in Boston.Mr. Barzilay further serves on the Steering Committee of Brockton Capital in London.Previously he was a partner at the leading accounting firm Deloitte and Head of Corporate Finance at Deloitte Israel. Mr. Barzilay holds a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Economics and Accounting & a master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration (Financing and Strategy) and is a certified public accountant (CPA).

Mr. Ariav has been serving as external director of Amot since August 2021, providing strategic and economic consultation on various topics. In parallel, Mr. Ariav holds numerous public positions, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ben-Gurion University, Chairman of the Lod Development Fund, member of the Board of Directors of Latet, and member of the Board of Directors of Keshet, a doner-advised fund. He serves as Chairman of the Committee Investments of the Jewish Agency's Pension Fund, and director of various public and private companies, including Hadera Paper (external director), Tzur Shamir (independent director), Sonol, the Bernard van Leer Foundation, and Ducor. He further served as Director General of the Ministry of Finance from 2007 to 2009, Deputy Budget Officer from 1989 to 1993, and held various senior positions in Israel Chemicals Company (now known as ICL Group) from 1993 to 2006. Mr. Ariav holds a master's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in economics and international relations, both with distinction, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Ms. Andorn Karni has served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since March 2019. Ms. Andorn Karni currently serves as CEO and Chairman of CapitalA which represents and provides consulting services to global companies and investment funds in making domestic investments. Ms. Andorn Karni also serves as external director at Camtek Ltd., EL AL Israel Airlines Ltd. and Castro Model Ltd. Between 2013-2015, she served as CEO of the Ministry of Finance, and between 2011-2015 as CEO of Amitim Old Pension Funds. Ms. Andoran Karni holds a bachelor's degree (BA) in Economics and Sociology (with distinction) and a master's degree (MBA) in Business Administration (Finance and Accounting) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Ms. Kadosh has been serving as an independent director of Amot's Board of Directors since August 2021. She served as Director of the Corporate Finance Department at the Israel Securities Authority from 2018 to 2020. Between 1990 and 2018, she held numerous senior positions at Deloitte Brightman Almagor Zohar & Co., first as Senior Auditor and then as Director of the Professional Department. Ms. Kadosh is a certified public accountant, a graduate of accounting and economics (with distinction) from Bar-Ilan University, a member of the professional council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the IVS Forum (a forum that advances adoption of International Valuation Standards in Israel)
KEREN TERNER
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Ms. Terner has been serving as an independent director of Amot's Board of Directors since November 2021. She served as Director-General of the Ministry of Finance in 2020, and as Director-General of the Ministry of Transportation between 2016 and 2020. Previously, Ms. Terner served as Deputy Director-General and Senior VP of Infrastructure and Transportation Coordinator at the Ministry of Transportation. From 2004 to 2011, she held numerous positions in the Budget Division at the Ministry of Finance. Ms. Terner holds a master's degree in business administration (with a focus on financing and accounting) and a bachelor's degree (with distinction) in economics and business administration, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
Sarit Aharon
External Director
Ms. Aharon has been serving as an external director in the company's Board of Directors since September 2024. Ms. Aharon engages in business and financial consultation and accompaniment for the operations of a private overseas real estate investment fund, and in the management of revenue-generating properties for private clients. Concurrently, she serves as an external director in a variety of public companies, including Lesico Ltd., Z.M.H Hammerman Ltd. and Qualitau Ltd. Between the years 2006-2011, she served as a finance manager at Electra Real Estate Ltd. (a publicly traded company). Ms. Aharon was included in the 2022 Israel Directors Team. Ms. Aharon is a certified accountant, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Business Administration from the Tel Aviv College of Management.
Reuven Kaplan
External Director
Mr. Kaplan has been serving as an external director in the company's Board of Directors since September 2024. Mr. Kaplan engages in providing strategic consultation and active chairperson services to medium-sized private companies. Concurrently, he serves (or has previously served) as an external director/director in a variety of public companies, including IDI Insurance, Aluma Infrastructure Fund Ltd., Michman Finance Ltd., Maccabi Healthcare Services and its subsidiary "Bayit Balev", and more. Mr. Kaplan has a rich managerial experience due to his tenure as CEO of several major companies in the Israeli economy, including MedAssis Ltd. (2021-2022), Psagot Investment House Ltd. (2019-2021), Amidar Israel National Housing Company (2015-2019), as deputy CEO of Clal Insurance and CEO of Clal Health, and more. In 2021, he served as a public representative at the Israel Healthcare Basket Committee. Mr. Kaplan has a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (Executive MBA, specializing in strategic management) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (specializing in marketing and financing) from the Tel Aviv College of Management (with honors).
