A joint project for Amot (50%) and Allied Real Estate (50%) for the planning and construction of an office, commercial and hotel project that is expected to include 103,000 sqm of upper marketing space, following the companies winning a tender that was published by the Israel Land Authority and Jerusalem Economy.

The project’s architect, Ron Arad, is a renown international architect for his talent and projects, including the impressive project – ToHa, which is owned by Amot.

The project is located at the entrance to Jerusalem, near the high-speed train station, the central station and a number of light rail stations. Project planning includes 200 parking spaces in an underground public parking lot.
The construction cost of the project is estimated by the partners at NIS 1.1 billion.
