The Israeli Hi-Tech’s Harbinger
In the late 1970s, IBM decided to establish its operations in Israel and chose Weizmann Street as the location for the IBM House.

Architects Avraham Yaski and Yossi Sivan were asked to plan and design a tower that would reflect the high-tech giant’s groundbreaking architectural vision, with the most challenging task of all being to design joint workspaces, a groundbreaking concept in Israel 40 years ago.

The triple tower, which some say its design corresponds with IBM’s historic punched cards, was purchased by Amot in 2007, underwent extensive renovation and upgrade, and today offers its tenants an advanced work environment, while a variety of restaurants and cafes, the Tel Aviv Museum, the Cameri and the Opera are within a short walking distance.

The office space for rent has been adapted to its current tenants’ needs and style, maintaining its reputation as one of the most prestigious towers in Tel Aviv. The 20-story tower spreads over 19,000 sqm, including 1,400 sqm of commercial area and an underground parking lot with 260 parking spaces.

In the Heart of the City of Tel Aviv
The property’s location in the heart of Tel Aviv’s City District offers excellent accessibility to all of the city’s main traffic arteries: the Menachem Begin traffic axis, Ibn Gabirol in the west, Jabotinsky in the east, and Ayalon Highway. The Light Rail’s Red Line construction which will soon be completed will further improve the building’s accessibility.
