The Amot Campus Tower, which was built on an 11 dunam garden, offers a wide variety of offices for rent in Holon. In the western part of the lot, the campus offers a beautiful large square that includes shaded seating areas and an impressive entrance to the tower lobby. On the other side of the lot is an impressive eucalyptus grove intended for conservation and is the infrastructure for the development of a unique green garden that surrounds the tower from all sides.

Amot Holon is one of the only projects in Israel to be awarded the American LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standard, which aims to create global leadership in environmental planning and design.

The entrance lobby at the Amot campus is particularly high and impressive and includes luxurious services and fast and innovative elevators; A green garden penetrates the lobby, creating a calm environment.

In the project there are also two magnificent roof balconies that spread over an area of 1,000 square meters each; the balconies create a unique work atmosphere and allow tenants to celebrate company events and raise a glass in front of the view to the park or the sea.

The Amot campus is ideally located in the heart of Holon’s growing business district, on the corner of Sderot Yerushalayim and Derech Malaka. The campus, located on a central axis of industry and commerce, enjoys direct access to highways 44, 4, highway 1 and Ayalon routes, and is a few minutes away from Tel Aviv and Tel Aviv. Many city and intercity transportation lines stop close to the campus, in addition to the light rail station located adjacent to the campus on Jerusalem Boulevard, right at the entrance to the tower lobby.

These days, a metro-train plan has been approved and launched that will connect the Tel Aviv metropolis to the more distant suburbs: Kfar Saba, Ra’anana, East Rosh Ha’Ein and South Rehovot. The intersection of lines M1 and M2 is planned close to the campus and will allow quick and direct access to the project with the innovative transportation lines (north-south, east-west).

The Amot campus, which offers offices for rent, was designed based on the concept that an innovative and high-quality work environment is essential for employee satisfaction and productivity.
