The works in the project included: finishing and systems using the execution planning method from shell level to final finishing. As part of the finishing works, various types of flooring were incorporated such as fishbone parquet, concrete-like LVT and SPC flooring. The common spaces were built with floating ceilings, floor-ceiling partitions were installed in the fronts of the rooms, and Expandet grid tiles were installed in the rooms.

The project sponsor’s love for music is also reflected in the design of the offices and one of the requirements was to set up an acoustic music room that includes a variety of drum sets, guitars and keyboards so that the employees can play in their free time. In addition, another designated area for various events including a DJ stand was promoted.

Not only music and event areas, the kitchen area was also built so that it contains a large number of seats facing a spectacular view and next to it a dedicated game area containing pool tables, ping pong and PlayStation stations.

In the execution of the finishing works, a wide variety of materials were used such as shards, a green wall at the entrance to the office, acoustic acoplat tile coverings, and special carpentry works. The final result significantly upgrades the accepted standard for offices for rent in Holon.
